Joe Fiore

As EVP at Tradespace, Joe works with companies, universities, and research institutions to use AI to make better commercialization decisions, uncover real market needs, and bring more breakthrough technologies to market. Joe first discovered Tradespace as a customer while serving as VP of Operations and Business Development at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). There, he helped reimagine the organization’s commercialization strategy, build its business development function, and apply disciplined customer discovery to evaluating innovation. An entrepreneur, executive, and former professor of AI and Entrepreneurship at the College of Charleston, Joe has built a career helping organizations navigate change, adopt emerging technologies, and turn bold ideas into measurable results. He believes AI doesn’t replace human judgment. It empowers people to make better decisions and create greater impact.
